4. architecturally-planirovochnoe the decision.

   all volume of a complex in the first level is crossed by a longitudinal foot zone on which premises of public appointment with bank are strung, shops, bars, etc. (appointments of premises are specified by the customer at the further design stage).

   the hotel block represents 4 floor space. the lay-out type gives the chance to have as a part of hotel of number of different classes.

   office block 16 floor building with bar-restaurant placing on 15th, 16th floors. the planirovochnaja structure allows to have as a part of the block as offices and premises of public appointment (bars, boutiques, a conference hall).

   the fitness club block on lermontov's street also includes a network of halls and premises of universal appointment.

   at the heart of the constructive scheme monolithic ferro-concrete is put. in complex furnish modern hinged systems, stained-glass windows with glass are provided.

   authors of the project have given the basic attention to the volume-spatial decision of a complex and did not put before itself a problem of a colour score of facades. preferring monochrome registration of a material, the group of authors does not exclude possibility of change of approaches to complex registration.
